Who is Beth Bundy?
I am a life resident of Indianapolis and enjoy and feel lucky to share this great city to newcomers! I am married with four, nearly grown children and I am enjoying watching them begin their lives, as we start a new chapter of our own.
What I bring to you as a Realtor?
With 12 years of experience as a real estate appraiser prior to transitioning to sales for two major real estate companies, I feel I bring a wide array of experience in addition to having good communication skills.
I enjoy my client relationships and helping to make home buying or selling as painless an experience as possible.
As vice-president of Global Orientations Relocation Management, I have a good understanding of the relocation process and how to best support my clients through this transition.

To be a good listener. It is most important to understand my clients and be their advocate first, then advisor.
My areas of expertise in real estate are...
Understanding home values and a more detailed knowledge of home construction, features and detail as a result of my appraisal experience. I also enjoy using my multi-media and marketing skills to help homeowners get the most "bang for their buck".
I find my staging skills to be a plus in helping homeowners to make the most of what they have.
When I was a kid I wanted to be...
"Which day?!" I wanted to be dolphin trainer, veterinarian, architect, world traveler, artist, set designer, art preservationist...
In my personal time I enjoy...
Relaxing with my family and friends, reading, researching genealogy, renovating and decorating homes, gardening, being outdoors, and spending time with my granddaughter.
